Thank you for giving me my smile and easing my headaches. I had suffered severe headaches that I thought were migraine headaches for many years. I hardly forget how disturbing it was to my daily life and work. I had to take over the counter pain medications on a regular basis and bring them with me all the time.

I started to wear an occlusal splint in June of 2008. I don’t really understand the full significance of what was going on; however, my headaches went away. I have taken nearly no pain medications in the past three months. I am very happy and grateful for everything you have done for me.
